Billy spent his early years through high school in East Texas before moving to the Houston Texas area.
He's watched this city grow, weathered its storms, and spent over 50+ years learning what it takes to build something that lasts in Texas heat, Texas hail, and Texas humidity.
When Billy started Serenity Roofing & Construction, he wasn't trying to build the biggest roofing company in Houston, he was trying to build the most trustworthy one.
He'd seen too many homeowners get taken advantage of, confused by insurance adjusters, sold work they didn't need, or left with a leaking roof and a contractor who wouldn't answer the phone. He knew there was a better way to do this.
So that's what Serenity became: a company built around honesty first. We don't oversell or disappear after the job is done. We take the time to explain what we found, what it means, and what your real options are. We provide itemized roof replacement estimates for your insurance carrier to review coming from the contractor that knows what they need to complete the work to restore your home back to pre-storm condition.
